February is the month of romance. There's no better way to surprise your sweetheart on Valentine's Day than with a bottle of bubbly to share. Below are our top five wine recommendations for February: "Sparkling Wine and Champagne".

1. Redd: L. Mawby in Suttons Bay, Michigan. A wonderful sparkling wine with a bold red color. A blend of several varieties of red grapes. Absolutely incredible!

2. Indiana Champagne: Easley Winery in Indianapolis, Indiana. A very tasty sparkling wine with numerous awards to its name. 

3. Premium Spumante: Meier's Wine Cellars in Cincinnati, Ohio. A little sweeter than champagne and great sparkling wine for celebrations. The modest price makes it a winner too!

4. Peach Mist: The Winery at Versailles in Versailles, Ohio. A sparkling wine made from real peaches - bursting with wonderful flavor. A great alternative to traditional champagne for special occasions! 

5. Sparkling Cherry Wine: Chateau Chantal in Traverse City, Michigan. This inviting, fruity sparkling wine is perfect for any casual celebration. 

These wines that were previously on the list have fallen from our top-five favorites as we have visited more wineries....but they are still clear winners:
